• TownXpress is the only merchant of record and assumes full responsibility for buyer transactions.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are determined by TownXpress and may include supplier inputs, promotions, and platform adjustments.
• Payments are collected securely through licensed payment gateways. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at checkout.
• All payment confirmations, receipts, and refunds are issued by TownXpress.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described.
• To request a return, contact our support team with your order details. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and approved. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including images, product descriptions, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by TownXpress and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
